Marolex 2L Industrial Hand Sprayer

Marolex is a heavy duty, hi-vis plastic hand sprayer with Viton seals. Suitable for use with all of our asphalt release agents and bitumen cleaners with low density polyethylene. Manufactured by Marolex.

We advise that t-99/t-clean is applied through one of these sprayers as it will minimise the amount used compared to other application processes (bucket and brush, plastic milk bottle etc.). It has an adjustable nozzle and a spare in the lid, this helps to direct t-99/t-clean to the tools that need to be coated rather than splashing everything else in the vicinity.

T-99 Industrial Spray Station Unit

Our t-99 spray stations are aimed at the asphalt producers. They are to be installed on a current sturdy gantry on the haul road towards or around the asphalt plant, high enough for drivers to apply t-99 using a spray lance.

Spray stations provide an easy and safe method of spraying t-99 on to the bed of tipper Lorries. The machine is very simple to put together and, due to it's integral design, is nearly impossible to install wrong; it simply needs to be hung on a gantry, plugged together and then plugged in.

Lockable Release Valve

These release valves are perfect for keeping your 1000 litre IBC containers under lock and key. The heavy duty metal spout can attach a padlock when the valve is closed, ensuring that your t-99 solution is kept safe overnight.

The tip of the spout is also designed for a hose attachment which ensures pouring a refilling smaller hand held containers is done safely and with minimal spillage.
